Icy-cold, clear sunny days are simply fabulous. Today I woke around six and lay in bed, snug and warm, knowing it was icy cold outside. I lay lagged up in the duvet, contemplating the day. Then I remembered my gratitude exercise, so I used the time, waiting for the heating to come on, to focus on gratitude. A fabulous though short walk with the dogs as soon as it got light.
